What does the weekend pass allow entry to?

The weekend pass allows entry to all ticketed events including live music sessions, family dance, drive-in movie and Dorothy Nicol fashion show (excludes high tea)

Are venues licensed or BYO?

The Theatre Royal and Rocker’s Lounge are licensed venues with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase. Sorry strictly no BYO

Can I bring snacks/nibbles?

Yes you can.

Is there seating available?

There is some seating available in each  of the Theatre Royal and the Rocker’s Lounge, as well as a large dance floor area.

Is there a dance floor?

There is a dance floor in each of the indoor music venues (the Theatre Royal and the Rocker’s Lounge). We also have a dance floor on the town square in front of the Clocktower stage.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available prior to the event from our website www.rocktheclock.com.au or from Laffs Camperdown.

During the event (Thursday – Saturday) tickets may be purchased from our information tent, located near the Clocktower stage.

Visitors will need to exchange their ticket for an event wristband at the information tent.

The information tent will be open at the following times:

Thursday 18 October 3pm – 5pm

Friday 19 October 9am – 5pm

Saturday 20 October 9am-5pm

Sunday 21 October 9am-3pm

After these hours our team will be available at the Theatre Royal foyer, prior to evening events.

The information test will be located outside Gee Bees Media, near the Clocktower.

Will food be available for purchase?

During Saturday and Sunday we will have a number of street food vendors on site.

We have some of our food vendors available on Friday and Saturday night, and they will stay open while they have trade.

Can I bring food?

Yes! While we encourage you to try the fare from our local businesses and street vendors, we understand that you may have personal food preferences or requirements.

How much are tickets?

Tickets purchased prior to the end of July are $40 (adult pass) and $80 (family pass)

Tickets purchased from 1 August to 18 October are $50 (adult pass) and $100 (family pass)

Tickets purchased once the event has started are $60 (adult pass) and $120 (family pass)

How many people will a family pass allow entry for?

We understand that some families are larger than others – and that’s OK! If your family are noted on your Medicare card – then they can get in on our family pass.  Limited to 2 adults and children per Medicare card.

Can I buy a ticket for just Thursday night/Friday night/Saturday night?

Yes!

Thursday night adult pass $25

Friday night adult pass $30

Saturday night adult pass $35

Is there camping?

We don’t have camping available on the festival site, and encourage you to check the accommodation options on our website: https://www.rocktheclock.com.au/accommodation/

Is there a cost to display vehicles?

No! Come along and get the best parking in town – for free! We will of course accept donations – your generosity helps us to put on this event each year.

Is there a cost to enter the general admission/market area?

There is no cost to enter the open street area where the Clocktower stage, car display and market stalls are located.
